Based on the catalyst reducing agent (AdBlue®) manufacturing process, Nova Materials innovatively invented a high-efficiency automotive catalyst reducing agent system (English name: i-Blending System) and applied for patent certification. Because Nova has the advantage of entering the market first in Taiwan, through long-term practical experience in the market and feeling the changes in customer needs, in order to pursue the implementation of customer and market needs, the original mass production process was changed into distributed production, as shown in the figure below. The high-efficiency catalyst reducing agent production system reduces the space required for production and has the advantage of rapid movement, so it can reduce production-related costs, thereby achieving the purpose of quickly responding to the market and gaining customers and profits.

The high-efficiency smart catalyst-reducing agent production system developed by Nova will change the current production structure of the general industry. It can move quickly, does not require excessive production space, and can even be produced on a haul truck. It will overcome the shortcomings of large-scale production in the past, and reduce the rising logistics costs and shorten the delivery time. In particular, the improved process and improved dissolution efficiency can increase the efficiency of urea dissolution by more than five times.
