"Green Energy and Environmental Protection" Nova founder Yang Lienzhi was invited to attend the Cross-Strait Economic Forum
The development of cross-Strait relations is facing a cold winter, but private industry groups still show active action, build communication platforms, and strengthen interaction to promote economic development. The "2017 Fourth Cross-Strait Economic Forum" sponsored by the China Cross-Strait Cultural and Economic Exchange Association was grandly held on June 26 at the Chang Wing Fat International Conference Hall. 300 elite leaders from industry, government and academia conducted in-depth discussions on the most forward-looking industrial directions.
The China Cross-Strait Cultural and Economic and Trade Exchange Association has held its first forum since 2014. So far, nearly a thousand scholars, officials and important enterprises from both sides of the Taiwan Strait have attended, making it a benchmark event for cross-Strait interaction and exchange.
The association hopes to use this forum to create a platform for intelligent exchanges, discuss the most important economic issues at the moment, and hope that small and medium-sized enterprises on both sides of the Taiwan Strait will get opportunities for innovation and breakthroughs.
The forum invited former President Ma Ying-jeou, former Taipei Mayor Hao Longbin, and New Party Chairman Yu Mu-ming to attend as special guests and express their views on the latest situation across the Taiwan Strait.
In the "Biotechnology and Medical Special Topic", Chairman Cai Zhengxian of Xunlian Biotechnology was invited to explain the importance of "Active Oxygen Project" in precision medicine; in the "Emerging Technology Forum", Zhuo Yongcai, Chairman of Shanghai Banking Technology, analyzed the industry trends of "smart machinery and manufacturing"; in the "Smart Agriculture Special Topic", authoritative director of the academic community Changjiang Zhaoai explained "Internet of Things applied to smart agriculture" and other new agricultural thinking. Through Taiwan's most competitive and representative development projects, business elites from both sides of the Taiwan Strait can observe and learn from each other and spark sparks during the exchange process.
The event also arranged the "Senior Living Forum", where three experts including Huang Meijuan, director of Taoyuan Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Li Zongyong, general manager of Sinochem's silver business, and Chen Xiuqin, director of the nursing department of Chi Mei Hospital, held in-depth discussions on long-term care issues for the aging population.
In the "Green Energy Future Topic" section, Lin Shiyuan, General Manager of Green Energy Technology, was invited to deliver a speech on environmental protection and green energy on the topic of "Strategies for the Development of Solar Photovoltaics"; Yang Lianzhi, Chairman of Nova Materials Technology, introduced catalytic reducing agent technology on the topic of "Green Energy and Environmental Protection", so that outstanding Chinese entrepreneurs can not only develop the economy, but also pay attention to the importance of green energy and environmental protection.
Since the establishment of the organizer, the China Cross-Strait Cultural and Economic and Trade Exchange Association in 2013, it has continued to promote cross-Strait entrepreneur exchanges, care about the cooperation of Chinese enterprises, actively promote mainland entrepreneurs to visit Taiwan for interaction, and promote the global development and diversified value of Taiwan's industries.
