We are pleased to announce that we have established a Gender Equality Committee. The purpose of this committee is to promote gender equality,
and ensuring that every colleague is treated with fairness and respect in the work environment.
The responsibilities of the Gender Equality Committee include:
•Monitor the implementation of gender equality policies within the company.
•Provide gender equality-related training and resources.
•Handle gender discrimination and harassment complaints.
We encourage everyone to actively participate and work together to create an equal, inclusive and respectful working environment.
If you have any suggestions or questions, please feel free to contact the Gender Equality Council.
