The Taiwan Investment Office of the Ministry of Economic Affairs today expanded investment cases through five companies, including Nova Materials Technology for the Taiwanese Business Return Program, Zhenfeng Enterprise for the Genliu Enterprise Program, and Zhanzhi Enterprise, Yaqide Technology, and Meiji Marine International for the Small and Medium Enterprise Program.

The Ministry of Economic Affairs stated that in response to the layout of revenue growth, Zhenfeng Enterprise, a manufacturer of industrial lifting rigging accessories, is expected to invest approximately NT$7.5 billion to launch factory expansion plans in Changhua, Taichung and other places. According to statistics from the Ministry of Economic Affairs, the three major investment plans in Taiwan have attracted more than 2.12 trillion yuan in investment so far. The Ministry of Economic Affairs stated that Nova Materials is a major domestic supplier of automotive catalyst reducing agents and is actively engaged in manufacturing environmentally friendly products. With Taiwan as its global operations center, Nova Materials will invest more than 600 million yuan to build a new smart factory in Guanyin District, Taoyuan, to expand the manufacturing of catalyst reducing agents and expand the waste re-fuel business.

Zhenfeng Enterprise is a manufacturer of industrial lifting rigging accessories and personal safety protection equipment. It sells its own brand "YOKE" in 45 countries around the world. The global market share of personal high-altitude anti-fall safety equipment reaches 60% to 70%. It is expected to invest approximately 7.5 billion yuan and launch a 3-area factory expansion plan, including adding a forging production line at the Changhua Quanxing Factory, expanding the capacity of the Taichung processing plant and building the Taichung Precision Factory. With the advent of the era of the Internet of Everything and artificial intelligence, Zhanzhi Enterprises has mastered precision engineering technology and foundry cost advantages, and has been authorized by major international manufacturers such as Microsoft and Dell to serve as satellite factory suppliers. In order to continue to expand the production capacity of CPU and GPU radiators, it will invest more than 50 million yuan to add intelligent production lines at Shulin Factory in New Taipei City.
In addition, Yaqide Technology provides surface painting and coating of frames, suspension forks and other products for world-renowned bicycle brands. It is optimistic about the development of the leisure sports industry and will invest in the construction of factories one and two in Miaoli County to provide customers with more complete one-stop painting services.
The fifth case is Meiji Ocean International, which is mainly engaged in the processing and manufacturing of aquatic products such as squid and saury. Due to the growing demand for frozen warehousing in the offshore fishing business of its affiliated Shunman Group, it decided to invest 1.12 billion yuan to build an aquatic product processing plant and cold chain warehousing and logistics center in Nanzhou Township, Pingtung County.
The Ministry of Economic Affairs stated that so far, the "Three Major Investment Plans in Taiwan" have attracted investments of more than 2.1238 billion yuan from 1,405 companies and are expected to create 147,682 job opportunities.
