Nova Materials Technology's 112 Annual Shareholders' Meeting Looking to the World and Foreseeing a New Future
NOVAX®) held the 112th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders at the Heyi Hotel in Taoyuan on the 13th. In addition to announcing the 2011 revenue and surplus, the meeting also discussed this year's surplus capital increase and the issuance of new shares and the re-election of directors and supervisors. Nova Materials Technology's annual revenue in 2011 was NT$570 million, an increase of 115% compared with 2010; its after-tax profit was NT$16 million, an increase of 43% compared with 2010.
