Nova MVR evaporator - low-cost wastewater improvement technology
With the tightening of water discharge standards this year, if the wastewater discharge exceeds the water discharge standards, according to Article 37 of Chapter 4 of the Water Pollution Prevention and Control Law: Those who commit the crimes of Article 34 and the preceding article or discharge waste (sewage) water in excess of the discharge water standards, thereby causing death, shall be sentenced to life imprisonment or fixed-term imprisonment of not less than seven years. , may be concurrently fined not more than NT$30 million; those who cause serious injuries shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than 10 years, and may also be fined not more than NT$25 million; those who cause harm to human health, cause diseases or seriously pollute the environment shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than one year but not more than seven years, and may be fined not more than NT$20 million.
