Can adding urea also increase profits and improve efficiency? NOVAX Material Technology combines smart networking to create i-Depot smart urea filling station

After the strict Phase 6 emission standards are put on the road, all existing Phase 5 large diesel vehicles must comply with the regulations and install SRC selective reduction catalyst (Selective Catalytic Reduction) and urea water reducing agent to reduce the NOx nitrogen oxide emissions of the diesel engine. NOVAX, a domestic nanotechnology manufacturer famous for the production of AdBlue catalyst reducing agent, has responded to future market demand trends and combined with digital networking technology to create an i-Depot vehicle urea filling station. It combines big data and cloud storage to make adding urea more efficient. At the 2021 Commercial Vehicle Expo held this week, Nova Materials Technology displayed the latest i-Depot vehicle urea filling station.

In conjunction with the i-Depot vehicle urea filling station, Nova Materials Technology also issues AdBlue vehicle urea cards, which are equivalent to stored value cards. You can drive to the designated AdBlue vehicle urine filling station and use the e-card checkout service, and you can upload consumption records to the cloud every time you make a purchase. It replaces the traditional urea in small barrels. It can be added as much as the car needs. It will be more economical and efficient than urea in small barrels. This system can build a highly stable, high-performance, secure and easy-to-manage networking system for all AdBlue users in Taiwan, which will help users such as gas station operators, passenger transport operators, transportation fleets, vehicle repair and inspection plants, filling and maintenance stations, etc. to smoothly introduce cloud applications and data analysis, and monitor AdBlue tank metering and dispatching and distribution management at any time.

The e-card checkout service can automatically count the usage of each car owner, easily complete the checkout action, and gain a competitive advantage. It completely realizes smart monitoring and management in the cloud. Accounting management can directly obtain the total statement from the cloud. It no longer needs to be calculated one by one from paper receipts and invoices as in the past. This also makes accounting operations simple and efficient.

The i-Depot vehicle urea filling station developed by NOVAX Materials Technology was launched in 2017. It cooperates with major domestic gas station system operators and is deployed at designated gas stations. Currently, including CNPC, Formosa Plastics and various group gas stations, there are AdBlue vehicle urea filling stations. By 2021, the number of i-Depot stations deployed across Taiwan has exceeded 200. According to the industry's distribution plan, the industry said that within about two years, Nova AdBlue's market share in Taiwan will reach 70%.

Due to the prevailing trend of sustainable management, and the fact that electric heavy-duty trucks cannot be successfully launched in the short term, and in recent years, in order to reduce the air pollution caused by diesel combustion, various countries have successively formulated policies to replace old diesel vehicles. The industry said that the demand for automotive catalytic reducer AdBlue, which can solve the problem of NOx emissions from diesel combustion, will continue to grow in the future. The industry also said that i-Depot's deployment across Taiwan has entered the 3.0 era, combining AI artificial intelligence and big data to create an updated smart filling station.
