Nova recruits green scientist Dr. Lin Depei as chief technical advisor to strengthen green chemistry and recycling materials research and development capabilities

2026-09-09

Nova Materials Technology continues to deepen its layout in the field of environmental technology and recycled materials. Recently, it has officially invited green scientist Dr. Lin Depei to serve as Nova's chief technical advisor. Leveraging his professional knowledge and research experience, he will help NOVAX continue to improve in green chemistry, materials technology and related research and development directions, further strengthening the company's technology research and development energy.

NOVAX has long been focusing on environmental sustainability. Starting from environmentally friendly automotive chemicals, in recent years it has actively invested in resource recycling and material reuse technology, thinking about how to return waste that was originally difficult to process back into the value chain of materials and industries through technological innovation.

Dr. Lin Depei was invited to join the advisory team this time. In addition to providing professional technical consultation, he also looks forward to providing professional advice on material properties, chemical applications, manufacturing processes and new technology feasibility through exchanges between industrial practice and scientific research, and assisting the R&D team in further connecting scientific principles to actual industrial applications.

Yang Lianzhi, chairman of NOVAX, said that companies cannot just stop at "recycling" to promote circular economy. The real challenge lies in how to use science and technology to re-endow materials with value. In inviting Dr. Lin as a consultant this time, we hope that through a more solid scientific foundation and cross-field exchanges, NOVAX can go deeper and more stable in the research and development of new materials and environmental technologies.

Recently, Dr. Lin also went to NOVAX to conduct technical exchanges with the team, sharing professional views from the perspective of green chemistry and materials science. By deducing chemical structures and reaction mechanisms, he discussed with the team possible future material application directions, injecting new scientific thinking into subsequent research and development work.

Facing the global net-zero transformation and circular economy trends, NOVAX will continue to connect industrial, academic and technical professionals and gradually establish a more complete R&D and technical cooperation network. In the future, the development direction will be "from clean air to sustainable land", and the existing environmentally friendly chemical technology will continue to be extended to resource recycling, low-carbon materials and environmental technology applications, so that sustainability is not just a concept, but a solution that can be truly implemented, scaled up and create industrial value.

NOVAX believes that when science enters industry and technology responds to environmental needs, every innovation in materials and processes has the opportunity to become an important step in promoting the circular economy.
