"NOVAX®" is the largest supplier of catalyst reducing agents in Asia-Pacific, and is also the first company to invest in the production and manufacturing of "AdBlue®" (catalyst reducing agent for diesel vehicles). The so-called AdBlue means "creating blue skies" high-quality chemicals. Not only does it have more than 20 large fleets as partners, it is also widely franchised by 500 gas stations in Taiwan and continues to grow, accounting for about 60% of the market. In the future, in addition to continuing to lead the automotive urea market, we will implement the company's development policy of "long-term, stable, development, environmental protection, carbon reduction, technology, and internationalization" and strengthen our brand advantages. We will also add AI technology applications based on traditional industries to create more shareholder value.

Chairman Yang Lianzhi said that by implementing the philosophy of "respecting heaven and loving others" and "sharing good things and altruism" in the company's business philosophy, we can certainly challenge ourselves and continue to hit new revenue highs in the future. The new Guanyin factory will meet the blue sky and green land plan of applying for incentives and subsidies through Taoyuan City's Industrial Development Autonomy Ordinance in November 2022, and will start building the factory to add circular economy momentum. It is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2025.

Nova has started a new circular economy business, which is to crack and recycle discarded mattresses to make UFuel. In view of the fact that nearly 900,000 mattresses are disposed of in the market every year, Nova has purchased Guanyin Factory 2 to actively start operation and production after the first quarter of 2025. It hopes to have a more complete operating environment and acquire advanced machinery and equipment to improve its all-round service capacity. It also hopes to grow and thrive with its partners.

At the same time, the mechanical vapor recompression technology MVR is also promoted to utilize the secondary steam energy it generates and reduce the energy demand of the factory. At the same time, new fuel technology low-temperature pyrolysis is developed to reduce energy consumption and comply with the spirit of ESG. It restores thermosetting plastics back to pyrolysis oil to solve the environmental problems caused by plastic waste. There is also an Environmental Recycling System (ERS) from Japanese technology, which can quickly ferment and significantly reduce waste. It can manage many types of organic waste and produce animal feed or fertilizer. In addition, the research and development of HVO green diesel to reduce carbon emissions, constantly prides itself on being an ESG pioneer with practical actions.
