Congratulations! Nova's Hong Kong agent once again won Hong Kong's Citybus AdBlue® annual supply order

2015-07-16

Congratulations!!
Nova's Hong Kong agent once again obtained Hong Kong Citybus AdBlue®year
(August 2015 to July 2016)supply order

The Hong Kong government attaches great importance to air quality and public health and passed legislation in 2012 to implement Euro V vehicle emission standards.
The Hong Kong government has implemented a parallel strategy of encouragement and regulation to phase out about 82,000 pre-Euro IV diesel commercial vehicles, including trucks, minibuses and non-franchised buses. To ensure timely replacement of diesel commercial vehicles and continuous improvement of air quality in the long term, the government has set a 15-year retirement period for diesel commercial vehicles newly registered on or after February 1, 2014.

Since 2008, Nova has signed a supply and distribution contract with Qifu (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. For diesel engines, the market for emission reduction and purification has long been foresighted. They have joined hands to operate the Hong Kong market and have been supplying AdBlue® for 7 years. The main objects supplied areKowloon Bus (KMB) and Hong Kong Citybus (Citybus), its operating routes cover almost all of Hong Kong, ranking among the top two city buses in Hong Kong.
Last month, Nova's general agent in Hong Kong, Qifu (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., once again obtained an annual supply order from Hong Kong Citybus, with a total contract of 3,000 KL. Together with the original KMB supply contract, NOVAX AdBlue®'s market share in Hong Kong exceeds 40%.

Hong Kong Citybus has a very good corporate image. It advocates "green buses, catalytic reduction, clean air" and claims to purchase buses that comply with environmental regulations. It also gradually installs selective catalytic reduction (SCR) Devices on older buses, raising the exhaust emission standards to close to Euro IV and V standards, further improving the emission performance of buses, and taking the lead in establishing a corporate responsibility image for reducing nitrogen oxides emitted by buses.
