NOVAX Signs Strategic Supply Agreement with Hanwa / Mitsui Chemicals to Accelerate Green Energy Transformation

NOVAX has officially signed a long-term supply agreement with Japan’s Hanwa Co., Ltd., the exclusive global distribution partner of Mitsui Chemicals,
to ensure a stable, high-quality urea supply to Taiwan, with an initial volume of 200 metric tons per month and will increase incrementally to 500 MT a month.
This partnership demonstrates a shared vision for supply chain reliability, product quality, and the joint commitment to a sustainable and low-carbon future.

NOVAX currently operates over 570 urea refueling sites across Taiwan, covering nearly 60% of the domestic market share.
Through its proprietary i-DEPOTsmart refueling system, Novax promotes high-efficiency, low-energy green fueling solutions.
The two parties are also exploring the potential introduction of Bio-Urea, aligning with NOVAX’s mission to upgrade conventional fueling stations into low-emission,
eco-efficient hubs, with future plans to expand across Southeast Asia and the Asia-Pacific region.

Mr. Yang Lien-Chih Chairman of NOVAX, stated:
We are honored to enter a long-term strategic partnership with Hanwa and Mitsui.
This is more than a supply agreement—it’s a shared commitment to sustainable growth.
Together, we can catalyze a green transformation across the Asia-Pacific.”
